Our finished basement had a strong residual musty odor and mildew growth during the summer months. After acquiring estimates from several shoreline basement companies, we hired JAD Basement Systems to install a large-capacity dehumidifier and air filtration system, and the odor improved immediately. The company representatives were extremely professional and offered us many service options to remedy our situation rather than trying to sell us services we didn't want. On the day of installation the technician was timely and knowledgable. This company also offered a warranty better than any of the competitors.

They provided a written proposal yet they never answer/return phone calls. They basically write fake proposals for seller's agents.

originally posted a negative review because I did not hear back from them when I called. This was a due to COVID19, so I corrected my review. Great company. They are honoring the lifetime warranty from the previous owner. No one else does this!
