Had an appointment with Kevin Egger from Jacobs and Rhodes yesterday to do the semi-annual maintenance on our J&R installed Heating and Air Conditioning system and just had to give him a big shout out. As usual, Kevin was efficient and effective. He always takes time to answer our questions and to explain what he's doing, but yesterday was different. He helped us understand how to get better efficiency from our system and how to get it to better filter Tri-Cities dust from our home. We've been J & R customers for almost 15 years and Kevin has always been our go-to technician. He's truly a credit to Jacobs and Rhodes.

Ok, nobody likes having to replace their HVAC system, but Jacobs and Rhodes came through for us (on a very cold day in January)! And now we have a beautiful new Daikin system, which we are enjoying very much. Install teams Max and Austin, and Alexus and Jeff were superb -- great customer service and highly trained pros. On the phone call/scheduling side, Laura, Tiffany, and Megan all made sure we were kept in the loop. We've been Jacobs and Rhodes customers for more than 30 years and plan to keep it that way.

Nick called and arrived early for service on our HVAC system. He was easy to work with, organized and explained clearly what he did and any areas we need to be aware of. We did not need any repairs but were very pleased with the service Nick provided.

We obtained several quotes for the HVAC system and Jacobs and Rhodes were the only ones that could actually find the problem, fix the problem, and not recommend a replacement (the unit is only 7 years old). We had Carter and Tim J and they were awesome in so many ways and had great manners. They answered all my questions, showed me everything they were doing, and were honest about what needed to be done and what actually didn’t need to be done. They stayed within the quote price without me having to say anything. I also loved seeing Tim teach Carter things too, it shows that they take pride in passing down experience and knowledge in the organization. Definitely recommend!
