We have used Reffel Metals for our columbarium plaques for decades, but we regret that a new company, Origin, associated with Reffel, has provided woefully inadequate service. We are waiting on plaques that were ordered 9 months ago.

I have a bronze patio set which was badly damaged during a recent move. J.W.Reffles cast a new part, even with having to create missing pieces, then repair the part of the table where the broken piece attaches. They did an above average job on the table itself, but the customer service was outstanding. The process was long and arduous but they worked with me patiently all the way to the end. I knew it wouldn't be inexpensive to repair the table but the end result was worth the cost, and it was actually more than reasonable for what they were required to do. Highly recommended, I'll definitely remember them in the future.

I am extremely pleased working with the Reffel family and foundry. They not only created a stunning professional piece, but had exceptional communication and attention to detail. They worked with me (a finicky artist) on a ridiculous timeline and were able to deliver not only on time, but early. Their quote was considerably less than the "big" Denver foundries and their quality of craftsmanship was second to none. I will definitely be coming back for my fine art needs.
