They dropped the 6 foot tarp on the load but it was too short so I ask them to drop the 8 foot and they refused to help me at all. You can’t get up on top of the load to do it yourself either . They said “we have no way to charge you twice so we can’t do it.” Terrible way to treat truckers and their own customer who wanted the tarp . Ultimately, I called for outside help to come help me get the 120 pound 8 footers up on top the load once I got off the property and we re-tarped the load but that was uncalled for and lacked all compassion for the truckers that serve them.

Customer paid for tarping since you can’t get on trailer and they refuse to tarp (use tarp station just to Lyft tarps) because they say i had a dirt and maybe glass in my trailer… picture attached just a excuse from lazy people …

They loaded me and had me tarpped in under 15 minutes! Other manufacturer's shipping departments need to take notes. I only had to strap and bungee the load. I definitely would take loads from you guys anytime 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿!!

No a friendly forklift dude, loading himself, not listening to driver and you cant even get out of truck to see your load, now i am overweight on trailer axiles, good luck to me on road. Fast in and out btw

Dry dock for resin delivery is around bldg at dr# 12. Plenty of space for set up and back in. Very friendly people. Unloading time has gone down hill.

This place don't allow to tarp your own load as per safety regulation... specially if they find a pebble of glass or dirt on your flatbed... excuse not to work and tarp.. lazy ppl.. the day they add a self tarping zone for driver it's the day you guys don't have a job.....

3.5 hours to load. Last time it was 4. They WILL keep doing this until drivers strike and demand standard detention pay.
