I brought in two steers 16 and 17 months old that had been fed out. The proceser ask if I needed a hanging weight. All of my regular customers complained saying they didn’t get all of their beef. When I questioned it they claimed I brought small steers in. No way a 16 month old steer only weighs 600 pounds? If you want all of your beef back go somewhere else. This business is not better business accredited.

Great people and great end product. I drop my deer off here every year. There jalapeno and cheddar brats and summer sausage are to die for.
