Jamie is extremely helpful with everything Lulzbot, from selling me a new printer to helping my diagnose a faulty RAMBO board. He also has great customer service, and never pressures you into buying something. The other staff here are very friendly, too.

I have been 3D modeling since 1986 (I'm 67). Robot assembly and circuitry is definitely not one of my strong skills, but 3D Printing has been very successful and exciting for me. My Taz5 has been a real workhorse! But ultimately a time comes when troubleshooting and parts replacement becomes necessary.
IT-Works 3D has made a critical difference for my 3D Printing goals, ... giving me the right advice, components, and methods. They go way past what I would expect, in terms of standing behind their services and products. I am definitely NOT one of their "star pupils", and so they put some effort into idiot proofing and making clear instructions for the products they provide.
I think IT-Works 3D should be the first place to go for any 3DP needs.
And I have to say, .... if they don't support your particular Printer, ... It's a real strong indicator, You need to get another Printer!
Top notch operation and people in every category I can think of.
