What a gem in downtown Clinton! We had the best time getting to talk to the owner Fran while we were there, who is clearly so passionate about his business. He travels to Italy often and even toured the pasta factory that he sources his products from. Everything sold here is as authentic as it gets and is extremely high-quality. He has DOP certified aged balsamic which isn’t easy to find! He gave us a sample and it is definitely the best balsamic I’ve ever had. You could spend so much time here looking through the shelves of his offerings. I was impressed by the beautiful gift baskets he has there as well. Such a great spot to know about, and it felt good to support a small, veteran-owned local business.

Excellent selection of authentic Italian straight from Italy. Expensive! But that's the going price for imported Italian foods in middle of Connecticut.

We finally got to cook the Fidanzati capresi we bought and paired it with their vodka sauce. 5 stars! We quickly googled the name of the pasta for cooking directions & found it online for barely less than what we paid in store. Well worth the local purchase. The owner let us try the cannoli cream while we were in & it was great. They offered our daughter a cookie while we were in- so sweet. We will be back!

The Cannoli's are the Best I have ever had. The Shakes and Sundaes are incredible also. The coffee is absolutely the best ive ever had whether they brew it there or you buy the beans or the grounds from the shelf. It is very smooth, low acidic coffee. Their Gelato is the best ive had. The extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegarette are wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Fran is a great owner and guy. Lisa, who works there, is so amazing and informative about everything in the store. Perfect Rating. Zero complaints.

Came to the shop to get pasta party favors for 12. Was able to pick 12 different shaped and flavored pastas. Shop owners kindly wrapped each one in a festive bag with ribbon and tissue paper; the finishing touch was adding some small Italian chocolates to each package. Will be shopping there again soon. 🙏🏻😎🍝

I always stop here when I am in the area. The Pasta selection is soooo good, amazing textures of old world.. unlike regular store bought. Sauces bond to pasta in that very special way. Great gift items and unique specialties to bring to friends & family as a guest. The people there are super nice... enjoy!
