The brass zipper on my leather jacket got stuck, and I mean really stuck, such that I had wriggle out to get the jacket off. Despite my multiple attempts to get the zipper back on track, I failed. The owner was able to fix the zipper and she didn’t charge me. She made my day and her kindness was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Will gave 0 start if there is such option. Firstly, they don't keep their promised date. I asked them to trim the sleeves of two sport coats. Came back on the date they promised, and they asked for one more day to finish. Secondly, and most importanly, they did a really terrible job. On the one they "finished", the buttons on the sleeves are not even aligned. The opening of the sleeves were not of the same length and they just folded the longer piece a bit and sewed it up so that they look even. The other unfinished one, they did not treat it with proper care, threads were pulled out in multiple places (Linen). Thirdly, they don't speak English and use google translate to communicate all time around. Google translate does not work properly understanding their language I believe. So it had been so difficult to understand each other. Fourthly, the male (tailor?) seems really aggressive and hostile when the dispute arises (the lady was pretty nice though). In the end, I asked to return the sport coats, finished or unfinished. The lady said it was free, but they already charged my credit card.

I love the tailoring expertise this business has to offer. I came here with a pair of motorcycle jeans and khakis to get it shortened. It's generally a very difficult job due to how this the fabric and complex the layering of the pants were. The pants also had knee/ hip pad pockets mind you and since they were long, it was more like shin guards. The couple working the store took measurements and had hemmed them PERFECTLY. They were also considerate in moving the knee guard pockets to a more proper location AND they had attached velcro to the actual plastic guard as to not have them move around too much. The jean/khakis are now perfect and I use them regularly riding to work.

The lady does not speak English, so it's extremely hard to communicate with her. Also, they cannot deliver the work on time as promised. They told me to pick up on one day, but when we arrived, she asked me again what they need to get done for my shirt, which they should've asked when I dropped it off. Furthermore, the store has a weird smell. The price is also above the average compared to other tailoring shops.

WOW!!! This place is amazing. I got a scarf online that was really huge and more of a shawl. I wanted to use it to a nice dinner and so it needed to be made much smaller and so I came here to have it altered. The lovely lady did the work in one day and the edge that she created looks SO fantastic and is better than the original edge on the scarf. Additionally, I received the scarf from amazon with a strong chemical smell on it and the tailor was able to wash it and remove any smells - it smells so fresh and clean now. Lastly, the price for their work is MUCH less than other tailors/drycleaners in town. I found my new go-to place for tailoring. They're such hard-working, kind people who do stunning/high-quality work.

I highly recommend Issaquah Tailor and Alterations. They do great work and prices are reasonable. The owners have over 29 years of experience in this business and truly care about customer service. If your looking for a tailor that does amazing work bring your clothing and apparel for those final alterations and see for yourself.

While they do have great quality. They don't seem to care about finishing their work on time. I had a coat cleaned and sewn and it was great! But, on another day, I brought in a second coat and they missed a huge tear in the inside of the coat. They told me tomorrow. I came back three days later and no work was done on my coat. They told me to go sit down for 5 minutes and they would have it done. It took them 15 minutes. I watched customers come in and they were going through the same problems I was going through.
