Most gracious and helpful service!
Having recently had hand and wrist surgery, they were very encouraging and lifted the mower out for me, no problem!
Always Issaquah Kubota Honda has taken the best care of my equipment returning it to me even looking better than when I brought it in as well as working better with all service and repairs completed to my satisfaction and above. I do most positively recommend Issaquah Kubota Honda!

Went in to find the status on a mower my mother inlaw needed warranty work done and see what happend, on from a few years ago. The former service rep was a piece of work. Put it short. But they couldn't find my old mower. They went out there way to right the wrong and helped me out in getting a new one. Zak delt with the situation professionally as an owner. I got a new better mower. I paid some but I trust these guys for all my honda needs and will keep using there service.

This place has a horrible (deservedly so) reputation. They are way overpriced and are not ashamed about it either. What prompted me to write this review is a story told to me buy my neighbor. He took in an expensive generator because it wouldn't start. This shop quoted him $1000,to fix it. He brought the thing home and another neighbor offered to work on it. Within one hour, after draining thee carburetor bowl.new gas and a sparkplug plus charging the starter battery, the generator runs like new. A thousand dollars these thieves wanted!! During a blackout. Please stay away.
