I'd rent from them again. I had zero problems during my lease. They were always very fast responding to maintenance issues. I got my full deposit back without any nit-picking. The only gripe was that it wasn't totally clean when I moved in (though I'm kind of a clean-freak, so someone else may not have noticed). I met a 30-something woman in my apartment complex who's been there for 5-6 years and didn't have anything negative to say.

Pinewood apartments..water pouring out of the ceiling and walls, mold inside the walls, all over the interior walls, 5 months of trying to get it fixed and habitable..their response was..we did enough, now get out. Nothing but rudeness and condescension from the property manager. Disabled, they won’t fix the health issues, and then force us out for complaining. Stay far away from here, or anything else island property management touches, especially Yvonne

This is without a doubt the worst and most dishonest, manipulative property management that I have ever delt with. Do not trust these people. They will do anything they can to screw you over. If I could give zero stars I would.

**Update**
After I wrote this review I was sent an email from them asking what was so wrong with our experience there which is a fair question, however I chose not to respond because I was over it and living somewhere new. A couple months later I got another email about packages addressed to me and that they had them and I could come and pick them up so I did. As soon as we walked through the door however we were confronted and treated with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. Then told to take our stuff and get out. This happened with another customer in the room. Do Not Rent Or Buy From Island Property Management!

Professional, efficient, reasonably priced, well maintained units with a large variety of rentals, but seems to be difficult to locate an open unit. The demand is extremely high due to military presence in town.
