Who hired the H.R lady, Sherry Derick? I don't know how the company has survived so many years of this lady. She don't answer or return calls and she don't respond to emails. She needs to retire.

6am 2/22/24 - Great experience for roll stock delivery! (much better than most of the previous reviews here) No other trucks in line. Got right into dock. Slide tandems, break seal, open doors, back in, go inside with paperwork. But required to wait inside while being unloaded.

Kind of loud inside, but they supply packs of sealed orange earplugs. Was unloaded within 15 minutes with 7 large rolls. ?
(maybe getting here early is key? My delivery appointment was for 6:30am.)

Still no other trucks here when I left.

7 AM appointment to deliver 6 paper rolls and a worker said the clamp driver was on break so unloading started at 7:45. Why schedule a appointment time when employee is on break. Only 1 dock for unloading

Don't come in here unless you've got the time on your clock to wait 3-5 hrs..they only use 1 door at the back of the building to unload and the line is 7-8 trucks deep every day. Looks to be some parking on site though so if you do run out of hrs you could kick it for a 10 hr break

I was unfortunate to deliver on a morning of heavy rain. The rain water floods the well in front of the loading dock, and in spite of the best efforts of the staff (they had 2 l-arge pumps running to pull water out of the ramp), you will stand in water. It came to my knees. A good pair of over-the-knee irrigation boots would have been useful.

Don't come here. appointment for 9 am still sitting in the door it's almost 12 and unloading hasn't begun. Only one door in the back to unload paper rolls

Quick to unload but have only one dock door, may have a short wait if there several trucks in line. Easy to find right off Hwy 7 North.

I went there to pick up a load every single person there was rude to me the forklift driver the lady I got my paperwork from and the yard dog driver for all extremely rude to me for no reason
