They had me weigh my aluminum cans on the big truck scale. I really don't think using the big scale for aluminum cans was accurate the lady in the scale house said they would help me weigh them out but they only weighed me out on the big scale and I had asked them if they would weigh them in the back where we unloaded them but they said I had to scale out on the big scale.

If that's the case, we both would have been better off if you had done what I asked and weighed the actual cans. I would have hauled the bags out. I won't be back, so good luck.

Went to recycle some metal in November. Forgot to cash the check so I went back. I handed them the original check. The guy came out with a new check that was $30 less. Guy said he needed to put a “stop payment” even though I handed him the original check. So not only did I not get a fair price for my metal, I guess they really need the extra $30. Find somewhere else to recycle.

They never update They’re opened or closed online so you may drive 45 minutes to their location when it says they’re open. Don’t come out unless they answer the phone they work bankers hours…

I've been super impressed with the service I get at Inland. The prices are awesome, and I don't think I've ever seen the employees not smiling. Quick scale and unloading. CLEAN yard, won't pop your tires!

Jacob is a pleasure to deal with. Always helpful and willing to work with me on big recycling jobs. It used to be a huge PITA to haul loads all the way to Kennewick or Fife to get decent prices. Not anymore. Inland Recycling is my go-to place for ferrous and non-ferrous fair prices and prompt service.

These guys are great to work with! They get you in and out in a hurry and offer very competitive pricing. If you have scrap you should give Jacob and his crew a try.

This place takes no responsibility in his property. I trip on debris that was on the ground. They didn’t offer to call ambulance or see if I was ok, instead he said here $2 extra dollars for falling man! I drove myself to hospital with three broken ribs, instead of checking on me or seeing if I am ok he refuses to offer any assistance. Be careful when your out there the property is unsafe with no warning signs up! You will be required to unload yourself and you get the lowest amount. You get paid better for scraping at the other metal scrappers in town.
