Had to visit Saraland infirmary when I fell and broke my foot. The doctors nurses and imaging department were absolutely amazing. Got me fixed up that night. And set me an appointment with my ortho within two days. Recommend this hospital and imaging department.

The lady who did the MRI was outstanding! She quickly made me feel at ease and took care of explaining every aspect of the procedure. Not only that, she piped my favorite music (baroque) through the earphones. I also extend my thanks to the two ladies who kindly help me prepare for the procedure. How fortunate I was to have that kind of medical personnel to help me!

Very pleasant experience. Taken immediately to fill out forms and required paperwork. Clean professional environment with plenty of seating in waiting area. Called promptly for interview with clerk to check in, and only had to wait a few minutes to be called for the imaging service. Professional, pleasant and informative.

I was referred to the Infirmary Imaging Center by my primary care physician, Dr. Crenshaw. The front desk was friendly and efficient; they had me checked in, and it only took 5 minutes. I signed two forms, and they confirmed my emergency contacts another 5 minutes. I was handed off into the professional and capable hands of Lori. She gave me a quick run down, answering all of my questions. They had great changing rooms with soft fabric robes, not paper ones. Lori performed the mammogram on me. She was gentle, efficient, and professional. She took my information and asked if I had had a mammogram before and if I could give her the other hospital so that she could compare the images. I gave her two names but told her when I got home, I could get the information for her. Lori called me back even before I could get home and told me she had been in touch with the other hospital and that they had already sent my prior images. I was so grateful. Lori went above and beyond to get everything they needed so I could get results much faster. Thank you for making my procedure stress-free.

I was admitted into the ER after visiting urgent care recommended that my symptoms were in need of more invasive attention. Well, as we all know any trip to the ER can be a long waited miserable trip but this changed my whole prospective. The moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost caring and attentive nature. I truly felt as if they really showed concern for my well being and proved that with the way they processed me in triage, drawing blood work for labs, having a CT scan, even the warmed heated blanket they offered to make my stay while they waited for lab work results as completely comfortable as possible and even the humorous conversations from the staff subconsciously makes even a moment of pain subside which is the most natural medicine you can get. Although, they were not able to pinpoint my symptoms to any specific thing they offered their professional opinion and what I could do if my symptoms do not improve and even though I did not get reason why I was so ill and probably will never know however one thing I do know is I will definitely recommend this ER.....two thumbs up, 4 stars....!caring, considerate, compassionate and efficient.

I had a Wonderful Nurse name Mrs.Terry to take care of me. I was all alone at the hospital, but she treated me as if I was Family her own child. I have never in 49 years of my life received Care from a nurse like Mrs.Terry. I was being admitted for Kidney Stones.

I am always nervous about any medical visits or procedures. First of al the facility was inviting, the staff were polite and friendly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was not the only patient there waiting. Very good experience!!!

They took excellent care of me! Within a short time of being there they found I needed emergency surgery to remove my appendix and had me in transport to the main hospital immediately after. Thank you all for your TLC!
