Nothing but respect for IAS! I live 6+ hours away from Wenachee and was not able to go there in person. Everything was done by phone and email. Making any large purchase is stressful, making a large purchase online relying on pictures without being able to personally eyeball it is through the roof stress. Ken and Ricardo didn't feed me any BS. Ken especially answered all my questions, and when asked, sent me extra pictures and a video of it running. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. I took delivery yesterday and it looks and runs better than the pictures and video. Thanks Ken.

I was on the hunt for a decent truck around Wenatchee and ended up finding one at Impact Auto. When I got there, they treated me with respect and asked what I was looking for. The used truck I found was in good shape, especially for a used one, since they had put some effort into it. It runs fine and they kept all their promises.also Joel was a great help. As well as Ricardo
Update about a month into owning the truck it won’t turn over as well as other issues. This is to be expected of a ten year old truck. Definitely do your vetting of any car or truck you buy.

Don’t ever buy a car from this dealership unless you are trying to get stuck with a car that will be breaking down every month and having to pay more then what the car is worth. Financed a Silverado that was supposedly never checked by the manager amd put to sell on the lot and haven’t been able to get out of the mechanic shop since March. Plus this dealership has the worst customer service ever you will never be able to get ahold of the owner and will only get to talk to there receptionist who is the rudest person ever. Never again will I go through this dealership that shouldn’t be open in the first place. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy from these 🐀
