Here’s a Real Review from a Truck Driver
I arrived about 20min late cause I had to get my trailer washed out and the truck wash didn’t open until 0900…..
But as a driver said before…just follow the signs and it will bring you straight to shipping….
Also…once you get back here…park in one of the truck parking spots that is aligned with the 2 loading docks…then walk in side and go into the small driver check in area and sign in on the computer….need to have your 8597S p/u #…and usually the dock guy(mines was Deek) is right there or sitting in the office right next to where you sign in.
And NO, they are Not Rude at all….as matter of fact, we had a good conversation about how drivers read the old bad reviews and come in already with attitude….which is proof that you get what you give. He was actually Cool asf…💪🏾💪🏾….and I was in and out within 2 hrs…Great Experience

I've been here about 3 or 4 times, and I'm going to get loaded there tomorrow after I drop in Chesapeake in the morning. If you have had a bad experience here, it's because either the person you interacted with ws having a bad day or you went in with an entitled attitude and got dealt with. The dock workers are amongst the friendliest and most efficient people that I have encountered in my 19 - 20 years of trucking. I was actually very relieved when I saw my email a few minutes ago and recognized the pics when I looked it up! Hopefully, the positive streak I've had here continues! Top-notch workers here!!!

Follow google maps directions. When u turn on priority, go across rr track and go to gate. Read sign and follow directions. Van was to back of building. Friendly dock worker. Self check- in on computer. . Load number starts with 8597s ....... got in dock and getting loaded.

I had no problem navigating to the clearly marked shipping area. Watching others back into the docks was entertaining. Slow as shippers go, not a big fan of 4 hour waits, but no disrespect or mistreatment by the staff.

Dock workers were not rude to me at all very professional. U just have to follow THEIR rules and everything will be ok. They have strict rules here that they must follow because a worker got hurt and sued them.

GPS will get you there, just pay attention. (GARMIN) After crossing multiple train tracks, to your right you should see a sign for a truck entrance. At the stop sign read ALL the signage to your left. Dry van is all the way around and park by the building, then check in.
You need to wear all your safety gear while on the yard.
Had no problems with loaders.
Will load you quickly after you sign in.

This place has a really bad attitude problem. They expect drivers to know things that are not posted, thinking that every place operates the same way, which they do NOT, a concept they cant seem to grasp. We were constantly on edge with them, and after dealing with their attitude for a while we almost left. If they were going to keep up the attitude and being rude, I am an owner operator and would have cancelled the load. Eventually we got loaded, but they are incredibly difficult to deal with.
