This individual is an outright FRAUD. Our experience with this so-called "owner" has been an absolute nightmare. We foolishly believed their promises after agreeing on payment terms and being assured that the glass was ordered. Little did we know that we were in for a two-month-long game of cat and mouse, with calls and emails left unanswered.

Eventually, they resurfaced, ready to swoop in and grab our hard-earned $2000. Payment was made in full, and what did we get in return? Absolutely nothing. Zilch. Nada. The glass remains untouched, and their silence is deafening.

It's laughable that this person claims to run a business. Their complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic human decency is appalling. If they put as much effort into their work as they do in evading their responsibilities, they might actually amount to something.

Perhaps a career flipping burgers would be a fitting choice, although they'd likely manage to mess that up too. Though I suspect even fast food managers wouldn't tolerate an employee who's perpetually Missing In Action.

In short, this individual is a disgrace to the concept of entrepreneurship and customer service. Businesses like this are the reason people approach transactions with skepticism. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this charlatan at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! I paid in full for glass to be installed at my store and after payment was made he stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I REPEAT this guy is a scammer. Do not use his service no matter what.

I'm doing this review not of the business, but of the owner, Freddy, a person without any responsibility as a tenant, does not pay rent on time, and when you have the courage to show up with a check to pay the rent in arrears, the checks return from the bank for insufficient balances
