Very friendly and helpful staff and nice facility!

How I made this process fast and painless:
1. FastPass all required docs online. TMO has to provide a Storage Auth Letter. Call ahead to make sure they have everything.
2. A day or two before, stop by Premier Auto Boutique interior detailing (~$230). They do amazing work. Won't be any questions on cleanliness.
3. Morning of, go through a car wash like Cobblestone and wipe off excess water with the rags there.
4. Plan for about 45-60 minutes for your vehicle inspection.

Worked for me and I was out of there in 38 minutes!

Went smoothly just make sure to follow instructions, my husband and I diy cleaned the car and it was fine but we were very thorough. Also if the car is above 1/4 tank they will make you drive until it is exact or lower than 1/4 so I highly recommend saving yourself the time and making sure it's good before turning it in. Very helpful and understanding people 10/10 customer service.

Rejected for pet hair. Make sure you have literally none. We DIY cleaned our car and felt it to be very clean. One female employee rejected our vehicle after a brief initial inspection with little explanation and insisted we reschedule for a later date. After MUCH persistence, we were able to elevate to management. They agreed the car had too much hair and also tried to tell us to come back but actually showed us where the problem areas were so we feverishly started cleaning on the spot with tape.

We spent 2 1/2 hours there in total, half being persistent in frustrating conversations and half cleaning. Manager Jamie became extremely helpful and even hands-on helping us after a while which we appreciated.

I feel bad for people that are not as persistent and tenacious as I am in fighting for assistance, because they will tell you to just reschedule and we all know how stressful that can be with all everyone has going on. We learned that they reject people every single day.

Typical government employees. Some of them were good and very helpful, others were gatekeeping and rude for no reason. They said that my brand new vehicle (owned for less than 1 month) was full of scratches and everything was worn down.

Sharing my experience to help others. I thought I followed the instructions for drop off regarding cleaning. The emails said it has to be white glove inspection clean in one email and clean inside and out and asked to review guidelines on their website. I did use their website, specifically the "turn it in video" which say to dry vacuum the car. I took it to the car wash and spent over 30 minutes cleaning and vacuuming the car. However when I tried to turn the car in I was told that because there was the dog hair on one tiny part of the carpet (pictured), they would not accept the car. All the dog hair pictured is under the accelerator (so just what comes off my shoes) and did not come up with a dry vac. Another part of the website details that cars must be "free of dirt, soil, leaves, pollen, sand, pebbles, stones, mud, plant life, food particles, pet dander, and hair. If you have a dog, I don't believe the level of extreme cleanliness they require can be accomplished without detailing the interior and using specific tools to remove dog hair. The requirement seems extreme to me, is costly and is not reimbursed. Please make sure you are ready for this as you prepare to turn in your car. Despite the difficulty with the technicalities of the rules the staff was friendly as they followed the letter of the rules in their book.

Honestly thankful for the service they provided me. They adhere to the rules very strictly and still went above and beyond to ensure the process to ship my vehicle went as smooth as possible.

For some context, I had an issue with my orders and amendments resulting with me not being authorized to ship my POV. They reached out to me prior to the appointment to ensure I had time to get it taken care of. Upon arriving at the facility, I had some minor infractions with cleanliness of the POV (dog hair stuck in the back) but they still made a way to help me and ensure the shipment of the POV.

Awful customer service. Our car was DIY clean but not detailed. Rejected my car (pet hair) without showing me why. Attendant treated me with all the human compassion of a robot. You will not get any chance to redress any discrepancies.

She failed to explain their process or constraints and gleefully insisted I would have to self-reschedule to come back next week. Her manager eventually told me I had the option of paying a detailer to clean/turn it in.

Beware the hidden cost. They’re requiring professional level cleaning. I hope you have an extra $400 and don’t have a same day flight.

The team was very professional and even bent over backwards to assist another customer whose car was not ready to ship. I don’t have pets and was able to detail my own car to the required standards. There was a lingering pot smell though but I might just be sensitive because I don’t live in Colorado.
