Our family blew a tire about 3hrs into a long 3-day road trip. We called ahead and the staff said they had the tire we needed. When we got there on our spare, they quickly got us a new tire and put the spare back away (no small feat with how packed our van was). They are a little pricey and do not accept AAA discount. However, They told us it would take about 15min and while I didn't watch my clock, we were in and out quickly. So thankful! They had a sitting area and a bathroom where we could take refuge while they worked.

The lack of communication is ridiculous. I brought a tire in for a patch or replacement. When I didn't hear back for 3 days, I figured they had to order one and had shipping delays. When I CALLED to get an estimated arrival date, I was told the tire HAD BEEN patched. Why even ask me for my name or phone number when you're not going to follow up on your duties?

Thanks to everyone at H-R Tire. We had a flat tire on 08/27/24 on our travel trailer and we needed a new tire. We got to their shop 20 minutes before closing and they were able to install 2 new tires for us right away! Big thanks to the installer Cody!

Jeff and everyone at H&R Tires did an amazing job on my truck. I own a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 4x4 crew cab. I had them install a leveling kit on my truck, Fuel “Assault” wheels and BF Goodrich All Terrain TKO-2 tires. Jeff helped me find the proper off set so the tires wouldn’t rub when the wheels are turned. The alignment done after putting the leveling kit on was spot on as well. The customer service given to me was excellent and their prices were very competitive. Even with chain stores in the bigger cities. Needless to say, we will be going back anytime we need tires for any of our vehicles.

Usually the men that I have talked to there are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. They accommodate really well for short notice. I informed them I couldn’t make it cause I was dealing with a baby who had the stomach flu and the lady who answered was extremely rude! I asked if I could reschedule and apologized over and over but she just got mad at me and hung up. Because of her I will not be going back. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. She should NEVER answer the phone or deal with people. If you get any of the men you’re in good hands though.

2 years ago my 2012 dodge ram 1500 express 4x4 waterpump was replaced today it needed replacement again.H-R also did an alignment with a new set of tires .When I drove away my steering wheel was turned to one side and my tires were trashed in a year. When I had a tire repaired later on I gave them the tool for removing the anti theft lug nuts.When I picked it up I was told they didn't need it .They were the only ones to have worked on my truck previously and replaced my lug nuts with normal ones.When I talked to 2 different people they just kind of called me a liar.Ive had bad luck with H-R everytime and won't go back
