I asked few shops in Richmond for quotes for exhaust work and many came in with high prices. I took my car to Houston Car Garage and I’m more than happy with their work. Luis one of the owners finished replacing the exhaust in few hours and everything turned out great.

I would definitely take my car there to have him work on it. Very trustworthy and reliable person.

Trusting a shop with your car can be a dicey game to play. I put my faith in Houston Car Garage and they did not disappoint. Quick turnaround, right price, and updates every step of the way.

My 15 STI was knocking and with metal shavings floating around the engine oil I had no choice but to replace the entire block.
Luis provided me with a quote, assisted with the transportation of the car and had me back on the road in no time. Replacing the entire engine block is no small task but the mechanics on hand are professional and know the Subaru platform very well.

No matter how big the job, or what model car. I have no problem recommending this shop and wish them a successful future.

Recently had some work done here on my 2016 VW GTI. Work included clutch replacement, carbon cleaning, injector replacement, and some other routine maintenance bits. Throughout the process Luis was awesome! Excellent communication and very detail oriented. 100% my new go-to spot for automotive needs. Amazing experience working with Luis and the folks at Houston Car Garage. From start to finish, a truly professional and customer-centric experience.

Along the way, they send you pictures of the progress and were amazing at handling a parts issue that came up in the middle of the clutch replacement.
