I work for a large veterinary hospital in the Tacoma area and was trying to rent a 2 stall restroom trailer for 1 mo./ for our clients to use during construction. It took almost 2 weeks to get a quote and the territory manager, Kristine R., was very unpleasant to deal with. She was rude and basically acted like she didn't want to do business at all. When I asked for some further info she basically shut me down. In the end it was just not worth dealing with this lady and I contacted another provider. Although they were slightly more expensive they were pleasant and forthcoming (thank you United Site Services). Safe yourself the trouble and go straight to someone else.

We have used Honey Bucket for years in Tacoma and Portland. We just ordered our “normal order”, very close the the same as last year. Last years price was $1,354.00. This year they are charging me $4,888.00! This is ridiculous! I called Green Latrine and got a quote for under $3,000.00 and it was for a longer period of time. Unless Honey Bucket changes it’s pricing, I will never use them again!

We had our original toilet rental company back out last minute so we were scrambling. We ended up calling Honeybucket on the way to pick up my stepmother at the airport two days before our wedding. They were prompt and so helpful, they even took our credit card over the phone. The dropped off the unit on Friday (our wedding was Saturday). There was a hiccup when they picked up the unit this morning but they quickly came back out to our venue and sorted out the issue. We even are getting credited for our issues. Really great customer service and rental company we needed last minute!

if i could do 0 i would have.
worst company to do service with. they have agents answering their phones that barely speak English setting up contracts so expect your order to be wrong or misunderstood. then when u call to address the mess up they act like its your fault. no matter how badly they screw up they still expect you to pay even if you havent used the service i was charged for 4 days mind you we only had the bucket for 2 days as they dropped it off hours after their ETA and then picked it up on the wrong day. which was a whole day earlier then requested. they dont come to clean the buckets they dont ensure that you have seat covers and sanitizer even after requesting it but they charge you for the add ons.
we will no longer be doing business with honey bucket. thank goodness for united site services.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY Gorge goers!!! They are incapable of providing you service. If you think they will bring you water or pump you are very mistaken and will end up not being able to use your favorite rv amenities such as shower, toilet, or sinks because you'll have no water. They make false promises and lie to you. They know they will never get to your rv but lie to you and say they will. Don't belive the " I'm adding another driver right now, you're one of the next on the list.". No, no you're not. You're at the bottom of the list and they know they'll never get to you. They are a small company and are overwhelmed and incapable of servicing such a venue. You'll be wise to bring your own water and pump before you go to the venue. I feel bad for all of the Gorge visitors this weekend. They're going to be stuck in 100 degree heat with no showers, sinks, or toilets in the rv.

If I could give a lower score I would. I called to have my RV tank serviced. The person showed up on time. However, they only emptied my grey tank. When I called they questioned if I was sure. After that they said they would send someone out. No apology, more like it was my fault for not being there. They said would come out. When I called in the morning they stated someone would be here at 11-11:30. It is 2:45 no one has shown up yet. I will not use this service again.

Don't recommend Puyallup honey bucket !!!!!!! at first I thought wow great price to have my motor home dumped for only $114 and because I live on a RV site without septic services how convenient they can come to you! I paid the money to the guy doing it (IN CASH) and was happy with the service and having my RV finally dumoed. Until now I received a bill today from Honey Bucket saying I owe $114!!!! Even though I paid the guy in cash to do it and even my neighbors asked if he could do it today for them. I can't believe this slim ball of a thief took my money and now I'm getting billed!!! I don't even have a receipt but didn't think of getting one cause I never thought I would get screwed over like I did! I screwed up and don't make the same mistake I did and if you dare to have honey bucket dump anything for you get a receipt!!!!!!!!!!

Always reliable, they never let us down. They serve the school district I work for! #easybutton ... We invited our huge blended family for a holiday party and we have just 1 bathroom... "Who ya gonna call?!" (not Ghostbusters, lol) #honeybucket!!!
