What a major disappointment! Before moving to Monument I loved my local Home Depot, however, I have had numerous negative experiences with the Monument Home Depot, and finally decided to share my opinions for all to see.

For starters, I have had numerous issues, lack of follow through from the delivery team, different people give conflicting info in the tool rental center, and associates on the floor giving completely inaccurate and wrong information.

Now during Covid19 I don't feel safe at Home Depot, for starters, the few occasions I have been in the store, I have observed numerous employees at least 6 who were not wearing a mask despite the Colorado Mandate that ALL employees of essential businesses be wearing mask while working.

Additionally, Home Depot is still extremely limiting the number of people in the store, and as a result have created a huge line in front of the store. The reality is social distancing doesn't happen in the crowd in front of the store and you're closer to others than what happens inside of Lowes stores, which clearly have way more customers in the store and yet because they're not doing a line, I feel much safer as I'm at least 15 to 20 feet away from people inside the store.

Home Depot you're 3 to 6 feet away outside of the store, and 75 to 100 feet away inside the store, not mention you have to wait in line for 20 to 40 minutes. The combination of numerous experiences with poor customer service, lack of follow through and feeling unsafe compared to Lowes means for me, the drive down the Springs is worth it!

I would advise avoiding this location at all costs, terrible service, lack of follow through and unintended consequences of Covid19 policies that create greater risks than the measures adopted by Lowes. I tried contact corporate at Home Depot, and I have learned that my prior local Home Depot was the exception to the rule, and the reality is Home Depot has a corporate of culture of not caring for the customer.

It's too bad I can't give them 0 stars, they don't even deserve 1 star!

Can't even get in the store cause ur line is so long. Doesn't make a bit of sense to funnel people through one entrance making them closer together than if we just went about our business. Wake up people
