This place is great. Nice and clean, very organized, easy to find everything. My favorite part of going here is an employee named Joe. He is SO professional, helpful, patient, and friendly. He has helped me with flooring several times. If I need anything I will check here first! I leave feeling happy and confident even about major purchases-- which is unusual in current times with everything being so expensive, and consumers usually having to figure out (and load) home improvement materials on our own. Thank you Joe for your nice smile, and your calm expertise. Highly recommend!!

This store made one my customers wait for well over 8 months for her kitchen cabinets and countertops. The customer was not able to serve her family Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, New Years dinner, and Easter Dinner. To date her kitchen is still not completed
I know I am the Contractor who's reputation has been highly affected. I will be be taking legal action against the HomeOutlet Store located in Northport Al. I will advise anyone else who has endured this type of problem with this store to do so at your earliest. This incident has been ongoing since September 2023.

These were the most professional, helpful, kind people I have dealt with in a long time. When we ordered the wrong thing by accident, they happily took it back no questions asked and ordered us the right thing. They were so kind to us even when we came close to closing time. I don’t have enough good things to say about this store and we will be back!

The in store customer service is good but How do you forget to send a check refund after you said you didn’t have enough cash then ask for a credit card to later say that you were unable to transfer it.

I have to give a shout-out to this location. I received excellent service from Joe, who truly went above and beyond and delivered excellent customer service. He handled my whole order from the quote, to carefully selecting the best of the required items (with the fewest blemishes and defects), and finally helping load an entire kitchen worth of cabinets, countertops, and other hardware into the trailer. He had an awesome attitude, was friendly and professional, and is definitely an asset to the customers and employees of this location. Thank you again!
