From the minute we walked into the door, we had the best customer service and professionalism. Ben was our sales person, no complaints at all. He was very easy to work with, no pressure, listened to our needs and we enjoyed working with him.

We did purchase 2025 NX350H. The car is much more than I expected. I LOVE IT!
When we came in, Emerson gave us a very detailed informational tour of the car. He was also easy and helpful to work with.
Al Ramos, the finance manager. He had great customer service. We did not feel pressured to add anything else on.

All 3 of these employees couldn't be any nicer to work with.
They also took handling converting my car insurance over.That's a plus.

Overall, a relatively fast and pleasant experience comparatively when considering the stereotypical dealership process you see or hear about elsewhere. Cherif was a great dude who I felt was transparent and straightforward, he also seemed busy at the times I was there, so that’s a testament to his effort and the lengths he goes to talk to everyone or most people who come by. Michael, was a good guy as well to work with, personable and a is a good conversationalist (In the good way), so you gotta be careful with that guy, he might just sweet talk you. That’s the guy I want when/if I come back. They have plenty of other individuals there who likely are just as capable and just as good individuals to help you out. Walked out with what I wanted, not much more to it. Good business. I hope those two know they hooked up a young man with a pretty sweet ride.

I recently purchased a GX500 from Tom Ryan. This was my second time working with him and the experience was just as good as the first - quick and easy with no b/s. I have bought a lot of cars over the years through many different dealerships but the Hoffman Lexus dealership is by far my favorite! Hoffman Lexus is hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!! I originally brought my car to the service department, where I found out my engine had died. But Von made the process of shopping for a new car completely seamless and stress-free. He is truly that guy!!!! Abu in finance was also amazing! They both took the time to answer my hundreds of questions and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easy. The service department even let me keep the loaner car until my new car would be ready so I wouldn’t have to be without a car. Everyone here made me feel like a priority, even with so many other customers to help.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to Hoffman Lexus next time I need a car! 10000/10 service. Highly recommend!

GREAT service department. I brought my Tundra there for tires and an alignment. Yes, my Toyota at Lexus! Great pricing and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Plus, no pieces and parts of tires and weights scattered through the parking lot and employees smoking cigarettes outside the bays like the "local" tire places. Mike Fitzgerald manages a great group of people and mechanics who do the job right, in a clean and comfortable environment. Top notch alignment from their new high performance alignment rack. Great all around, one of Hoffman's very best.

Darren was patient with the test drive, details of the vehicle, and history of it. I never felt pressured into buying or looking at any other vehicles. All my questions were answered. When it came down to the Financials, I didnt think they could beat the low rate my bank offered me. They absolutely found a better rate making the payments more comfortable.
