What great service. I had some trouble with my 20 year old pressurized septic system. After doing an inspection they determined a new pump was needed. I agreed and they installed a new pump and they did it much quicker than I expected. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I really appreciated the guys. Really friendly and pleasant. It was a pleasure to have them on my property. 🙂

Omg so rude. Stepped all over my kids' foam play mat when there was clearly enough room to GO AROUND. Then installed a heating system which got louder and looser and now 1 of 3 screws is holding it. Ridiculous.

I have dealt with this company 4 times in under a year and a half to fix my Central air system with a furnace,blower, and heat pump. Every time they come they do some very small repair that ends up breaking within a few months. They are not a reliable company. They are seldom available when you need them. its 97 degrees in my home even with fans running and i have an autistic child that cannot handle the stress. They never want to do a complete repair, only what seem like bandaids. The service is subpar and they never completely rectify the problem. The system should be repaired, it should not require a few callouts every year. I would suggest people go with another company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked an appointment and was told there was only one other job scheduled the day that I scheduled for at the time of the booking and that they’d be done no later than noon. I took an afternoon off to meet them at my home. No word by 2pm. Called and asked when the electrician would be coming and was told they’d call him and get back to me. Another hour went by with no response. I called again. This time I was told the manager would call him and they’d call when they knew something. When they returned my call I was told that they would not be able to get to me that day. I explained that I took the day off of work so that I could meet them and the manager began arguing with me. I was dumbfounded and asked if he was really going to argue with me (after I had wasted a day with such terrible customer service on their end) and he told me I could find someone else to do the job and hung up on me. I would never recommend this business to anyone needing an electrical job done.
