Hilltop processed my sheep and deer this year. Super accommodating on the phone, then in person with drop-off and pick-up. Brian and his wife were friendly and great to work with. Exactly 1 hour from my house in Colorado Springs but worth the drive as they put most of the local processors to shame! Highly recommend.

Best butcher in Colorado and the only one I will go to and I live on the Springs. My son in law harvested a pronghorn and we found out after harvesting that all the butchers in Colorado Springs were closed on Mondays DURING HUNTING SEASON, can you believe it?

This is how we found Hilltop. They are open 7 days a week but are very popular, so the only reason he wont take your animal is if his freezer is full.

I just harvested a buck out of Northwest Colorado and I drove it all the way down to Hilltop because its the only place I will take my harvest now. If I could rate him 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Excellent service, great availability, friendly people and masters at their craft.

Bring your harvest to Hilltop if you want it done right and for a fair price!

The customer service is like none other! Fast, reliable and quality work. We have taken our animals to several other processors in the years, and been disappointed.
They are so friendly, always take the time to greet you and answer any questions you have. We walked in as customers and left as friends. They have a very down home vibe, which is something my husband and I absolutely love.

In the last year they have processed 5 animals for us, 1 Elk, 2 deer, and 2 steers. All animals were cut and packaged exactly as I requested. In my experience of 10 years of having animals almost never happens!
I definitely recommend Hilltop to all our friends and customers!

It’s hard to find quality Processors that use quality meat. I’m very particular in how I handle me deer after harvesting, I can count on Hilltop doing the same once I pass it off to them. I’ve tried many of the items on their menu and all of them were consistently top quality. The summer sausage is great!

They did a wonderful job processing our beef. They use quality packaging supplies. I love how the ground beef packages have a notch to tear the package open instead of having to use scissors. They were very friendly too.

Best meat processing in Fremont county. Super clean shop and quickly available when you need to drop off your animal. We Enjoy our deer brats very much, highly recommend!

Brian is all: No's, can't's, won't's, don't's.... Says he processes wild game but he don't. Beware he will turn you away at the door. Would NOT recommend.
