High Country re-installed a yakima rack I previously had on my vehicle that was ripped off in a previous incident. The rack was re-attached without any mention of the brackets being bent, and they were not visibly bent. The day after, I took my vehicle through a drive through car wash, which I had done hundreds of times before with the rack. It was ripped off the top of my vehicle. I called High Country to let them know it was installed improperly and I was told it was my fault for taking it through a car wash and that the brackets were bent. I asked why they re-installed it with bent brackets and was told they didn't know that, but most likely was the problem.The only solution I was offered was to have the rack re-attached. No refund, no apology. Just "it's your fault". Horrible way to do business. I highly suggest you do NOT use this company. Their customer service is not good and apparently it will be your fault if anything goes wrong.

These guys were fantastic! While traveling across the country for six months I hit a terrible storm in Yellowstone and my rhino awning was thrashed. After speaking with the operator and the manager I was able to order the parts and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They did a fantastic job and they were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this business!

High Country Truck did a great job on a pretty simple hitch wiring harness for me. Made an appointment in a reasonable time, took the vehicle in even after I was late dropping it off, and got the system set up at a good price. Responsive to phone calls too. I'll be bringing more work their way in the future.

Installed a fifth wheel hitch on my ford. I was late to my appointment because of work and the truck was very dirty due to the previous owner living on a dirt road. They were very friendly given the circumstances and the price was as fair as it gets. I would highly recommend these guys and will certainly be returning.

I brought my car in to get a new stereo. The first time they tried, they realized they ordered the wrong part and it was now a guessing game of what part to order. I agreed to have them try again. During the time frame of the first and second appointment, nothing was wrong with my stereo. It worked perfectly fine like it always had. After the second try to put a stereo in, it still was not the right part. No big deal I thought.

About a week after that second appointment, my speakers started acting funky. Pretty soon, I had no working speakers. I brought it back to them. They said my amp had blown. I asked how that would happen. They told me it was because too much electricity went through it. They said they were not at fault and that it would take 6 hours at $95/hour just to get to my amp. No thanks. One guy insulted my car during this process as well! Very unprofessional!!!

I then took my car to Fort Collins for a second opinion. They told me that the reason my amp had blown was because High Country had put the wrong plug into my stereo and caused my amp to short out.
The guys there cost half the price I was quoted at High Country and bypassed my amp (which still was too expensive to replace) and got me a new stereo!

I would never recommend these guys to anyone. They were in over their head and when it came down to customer service, they didn’t have any.

Refused to work on my truck (which is totally understandable) but was extremely condescending about it.. borderline laughing in my face. Would not recommend to others nor would I ever go back. 1 star for the horrible customer service… laughing at others misfortune or lack of knowledge in something is a great way to get people to come back!
