I had to get water tested for purchasing my new house, and searched online. Kaupas Water came right up, and after a quick phone call was on my to their lab with a sample. I got a really quick response, and a follow up on how the water tested. Everyone I worked with from Hannah to Angelique to Ed was so helpful, I am now considering buying a hot tub. Thank you guys!

I spent 5 hours searching for a breaker for my hot tub. All the big stores not only did not have the breaker but were not helpful at all. I called Kaupas and talked to Hannah. Hannah changed my whole day! Not only did they have the breaker but Hannah was polite, friendly and super helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Ed Kaupas is a thief plain and simple. The techs do a fantastic job; and then he adjusts bills according to his whims: check your invoices folks, he's actively stealing from customers on a regular basis.

Ed Kaupas sold me a new whole house water treatment system in 2006 and said the media in my carbon filter and softener would need to be replaced in 7-10 years based on performance. At installation, I asked the technican why the equipment looked used and was told that they opened and tested everything in the shop to help prevent problems at install and also so that they didn't have to haul all the packing materials back to the shop. Seems reasonable since we're in a remote location. Fast forward to late 2016, I call Kaupas to replace the media and can't get a timely response. It's a seasonal home so my next opportunity to address the maintenance is Summer 2017. I called a competitor from the Western Slope who opened the carbon filter to find there was NO media at all inside the system. It appears I was sold a bill of goods.

Needed some hot tub maintenance, parts, and service. Eddie came out the same day, was prompt, courteous, and also took the time to explain what he was doing and train me on the areas where I could be self-sufficient in the future if I so desired. Highly recommend them!
