Friendly enough folks at the guard shack.
Sat at the guard shack for several hours. Was told the loader was stuck in traffic…. In Decatur, AL…. At 7 AM on a Sunday morning… on a holiday weekend…. Yeeaaaahhhhh riighhhtt. Don’t pee down my back and tell me it’s raining.

Room for two trucks to post up before the gate in their driveway and lots of hideyholes and probably street parking on the way in here if you were desperate for parking and your hours weren’t being too cooperative. Otherwise, Pilot is about 20 minutes away but can fill up quickly. Jacks was filled with locals dropped trailers.

Appt at 12pm it is now 1350 and still sitting outside the gate waiting on load to be ready.. guard was friendly.

From the security guard at the gate to the warehouse employees are pretty awesome human being pretty smooth delivery in and out in less than 30 minutes

NEED 2 LOAD LOCKS TO GET LOADED. WE BEEN THERE 2 TIMES AND OUR LOADS WERE ON PRELOADED TRAILERS. SET REEFER ON 70 DEGREES WHEN DROPPING EMPTY. GUARDS ARE REALLY COOL. THEY LOADED US ONE DAY EARLY! THANKS HEXCEL.

Our driver was delivering early the previous load and went to the facility for pick up a day early.He check in at 8:30 am in the morning,and ask can they load him a day early and they set to wait ,so at 15:00 they told him to come back tomorrow,cant load him today.The driver come back next day at 6:30 in the morning,they give him door at 12:00and his trailer are loaded at 13:10.They have only one person to loading and same person for uploading.
