Yesterday evening (Sunday after Thanksgiving) we discovered our basement drain backing up. We called and left a message for a couple place Herriman’s being one of them and first thing in the morning I received a callback from Jonathan who said he’d be at our place in about 2 hours (he was headed to a job and said we’d need to make sure the septic tanks were cleared of any debris). This gave us enough time to get our covers cleared and ready for him. He said it looked like our baffle was stuck and clogged preventing waste from getting into the tank. While he pumped the tanks he worked on clearing the pipe and baffle going above and beyond what we ever expected him to do. Another company was going to try to work us in which was awesome as well, but the fact that Jonathon was up bright and early and already working so was able to get us in right away.

I always use this company. They are great attl taking good care of people. They pumped out my septic tank then discovered my pump was out. They replaced it for me. Still wasn't working they came out checked it. Said it was electrical but assured me it was something simple. They was right it was a switch. THANK YOU for everything you do for me as a customer. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I called first thing this morning not sure if I needed my septic tank drained or if I had a plumbing issue. They came out right away, answered all of my questions, explained everything to me, and did a wonderful job! I did need my septic pumped, but also needed a plumber as well. He tried hard to fix the problem for me so I didn't have to call a plumber, but it just didnt take. Great customer service and one happy customer! Thank you so much!
