I tried this place because I had a coupon offer. My technician Tee Tee was a very competent and professional lady. I had difficulty finding the place because I didn't know it was upstairs in a building that had many salons. I kept texting them for the exact address. No answer but for a text of the same address that i already had. They don't seem to answer the phone. Finally someone that was from the Philippines answered and gave me a code. Great prices and nice technician. Not a fan of the the booking process

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new salon to have my bikini line waxed… Alana is AMAZING!! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, professional, and going to make you feel more than comfortable and leave you overjoyed with your results… this is the salon for you!! I’ll be a regular moving forward!!!

Had a two hour visit with Hello Sugar and Alana today. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere in a modern, upbeat spa. Really great central location. Alana was very professional while also making me feel comfortable. Shes a great conversationalist and made me feel like I was visiting a friend. Couldn't have left happier with my treatment or with the time spent! Already booked my next visit.

I had an amazing experience with India for my Brazilian wax! I originally scheduled for a 9 AM appointment, but was graciously accommodated with a 9:30 AM appointment when calling to let India know I was running behind schedule. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The environment was clean, professional, and calming. India is incredibly skilled, making the process quick and as painless as possible. She explained every step and used top-quality products, leaving my skin smooth and irritation-free. Her attention to detail is unmatched. If you're looking for a waxing specialist who is both professional and personable, India is the one! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!!!

I popped my BW cherry today! India was amazing. It was my first time and I was so anxious coming in to the appointment but she put me right at ease and walked me through the whole process. It was a great experience overall and I’m thrilled with the results.

I had the absolute best experience with Alana. It was my first time ever getting a wax and Alana was great at telling me what to expect and kept me at ease. I experienced no to very little pain and I really do believe it’s because of Alana making sure I was comfortable and informed the entire time. I would definitely come back and book with Alana again!

India was so easy to talk to and very gentle. She took her time and was very knowledgeable about prices, services, and products used. The membership was not expensive at all! This is now my favorite place to go to for my Brazilian waxes and I can’t wait to go back!

Alana is SO AMAZING! I just had my first appointment ever with Hello Sugar. She was extremely thorough and extremely nice. She did an amazing wax/sugar on my brows, lip, and chin and it came out perfect before my vacation. I would seriously recommend those who are interested to come see Alana. She will make your experience great!
