The employees are nice and polite. They r very helpful. I use a driving cart. When ever a employee see me try to grab and idem like a case of water or such they usually stop what they are doing and ask me if I need any help. No matter if they are working or pulling a pallet while passing me on the same aisle.

11/18/24 at 4:24pm just experienced the worst costumer service on self checkout she was the rudest person. I was sharing 1cart with another person my total items were 8 and the other person was 14 she did not allow us to self check because the cart contained more then 15 I explained to her that some where mine and the rest were the other person she still didn't allow us to self checkout but yet at we are going to a regular check out there was a person with more then 30 items in self checkout will not recommend elsa HEB to anyone.

Noticed that the sackers accompany the customers on a motorized cart so that they can retrieve the cart and plug it back in to keep the battery charged for the next customer. Great idea.

Always love shopping at this HEB! The customer service was great and the cashier..(Lupita) was very quick! Shoutout to the bagger with a very unique name...(suhey)! She was very quick, organized, and very kind enough to help me outside. 10/10 experience!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a cashier at HEB (cashier Gabriel ). Left me feeling like I never want to go back to HEB in Elsa never fails to disappoint me. He was very rude and I observed how he treated and belittled the baggers. He was so rude to the baggers & no manager on site to see how he was treating the baggers .I really hope this situation gets observed by upper management and surveillance video is seen. Date of service September 7th 2024 .
