Excellent customer service by pretty ladies at the front desk, boys in the back aren't too bad either lol I had them install in my 2019 Durango RT a tsp Chopmonster cam, MSD Delete, torque converter, exhaust from headers back also HP tuned and she's sounds amazing. Next upgrade a Whipple supercharger.

Brought my 1990 F150 to have an axle drop kit installed. I provided the kit, didn’t have any instructions and these guys got it done. They estimated that it would take 2 to 4 hours to complete. ended up taking 8 because the kit I provided was incomplete (missing extended shocks due to the lift) Still only charged me four hours of labor that was quoted. 10/10 service

My Audi Q5 is burning through oil. It's a common Audi problem when they hit 100K. This is no fault of the folks at HMC. I was referred to them by another mechanic.

I paid them about $3K in late June. Drove the car and quickly discovered the problem was not fixed. July 4th I sent Amelia an email letting her know the problem was still there. She replied the next day "let me talk to my tech". And then nothing. A month later on August 6th I sent her another email. Again she replied with "let me talk to my tech". Two more weeks goes by.

August 20 I walked into their office. After waiting 5 minutes Amelia tells me the expected labor for step 2 was going to be about $4K. I stopped her there. Not worth it for me. I need to move on from this car.

It took 6 weeks for her to invest 5 minutes of her time to pass along news I didn't want to hear. It's not her fault that it was going to cost so much. Not her fault that my car is burning through oil. I clarified what took 6 weeks could have taken her 5 minutes. She agreed and apologized. I simply said "you need to do better". She agreed and I walked out the door.

It sounds like they do good work. They are busy. They don't need your business, and they know it. Made me feel like I wasn't worth 5 minutes of their time even after paying them $3K for some work with the potential for more. Lesson learned. Best of luck to them. Perhaps they'll learn a lesson and improve.

About 4 years ago I had these guys do some finish up work on a 1971 Westfalia camper van I was restoring. I had him dress up the engine which made it a 100 Xs attractive! Note to anyone who gets their engine pulled on vintage VW bus or bug have the shop put on an engine dress up kit! You can buy them online for around $100 or less. You can clean up the engine well and paint it with rattle cans yourself and that will look way better when it’s dressed up. To the owners I have another vehicle that needs your guy expertise so hopefully I can get appointment! Thanks!

Having owned BMW, Porsches, Audi, and domestic cars over the years, I have worked with a number of auto shops doing routine maintenance to more complex modifications. There are certain elements that have to be in place to result in excellent service. HMCS has the right stuff! Paul, Amelia, and the crew at HMCS are REALLY good! The shop name doesn't do them justice! I had a 2007 Porsche Turbo 997.1 and now a 2014 Audi R8 V10 Spyder, and Paul is the one I want working on my cars. He is honest, super meticulous, skilled, experienced, knowledgable, and humble. He has years of successful experience working on European cars and is a mechanic I found from researching who I wanted working on my cars when we moved here a few years ago. I have been using them for all my work and modifications, from simple to complex and highly recommend this shop.
