Kind of a pain to find the receiving door when guard gives bad directions. Dock isn't horrible but dark lit. Arrived 30 minutes before appointment and went straight to door. Unloaded quickly.

Mr. Fox treated me with respect and had me out the door an hour after appointment time. We need more gentleman like him at these shippers and receivers! Thank you sir, it makes our day better and easier when we get to encounter people like you that value us and our time!

Take FOREVER loading genesis trucks! Driver should’ve back by 6:30, instead 8-10 pm, making ALL drivers start late! Need new management

Very friendly. Got right in a door and they started unloading immediately. A little confusing where to check in though. Around the back of the building, on the other side of the guard rail there is a door with a buzzer.
