We had a cow processed here. The place wasn’t clean. With a 900 pound cow we got 100 pounds of meat back that I do not believe was our cow. As fatty as the burgers are tells me it wasn’t our cow. The meat cooks up to smell like the facility smelled and we can’t eat it. It smells awful. We have had our meat processed for years and this is the worst experience we have ever had.

Doesnt follow instructions well at all. As long as you want your meat cut the way they decide they do a fine job. You ask them to do anything different and they will say ok and then do the exact same as always. Nice people just wont be wasting any more meat with them.
