This was the first time I had been here since it was built. It’s a very lovely park. We went for the Big Smoke Little Kalama event, so there was live music. Definitely a quiet place to hang out with your kiddos. They have a very cool looking playground…😁😁😁

we took our granddaughters there to play on the playground, i did a search on maps to check out parks close to us (Rose Valley) and this one has the highest review and took us 15 mins to get there. It was pretty busy, looked like there was kids little league going, lots of kids playing.
I didnt see any trash or anything, playground was maintained and safe.
there are walking paths, which we didn't check out this time but others were walking and riding bikes.
we didn't use the restroom, so I can't vouch for those
overall nice clean family oriented park, we'll be visiting again

Such a fun park! Probably the cleanest one I've seen! NO PETS ALLOWED here, and the gates close at dusk. The playgrounds are awesome for the kids, the swings too! There is also a paved pathway around one of the fields...the kids love to bring bikes and scooters! You can walk down the trail at the far end of the park and find the Kalama river!
The bathrooms are the same as all park bathrooms, the silver toilets and teeny tiny sinks, but they are CLEAN! Often there is a concession stand open as well, and plenty of picnic tables. Great for a birthday party!
The only thing I can think of to make it even better would be a shade area, when it's hot there's no shade! The trees are growing, but may take awhile to provide a big shaded area! We've brought pop up canopy's too though. Such a fun place!

Came for a softball game and visited concessions for a hotdog, ended up overhearing someone whisper Brisket. Looked at the menu and didn't see it so I asked if they had brisket and was pleasantly surprised to be informed it was an off-menu item. I got an order of brisket.
