I had a massive problem with a well-known high-end scope that was taking over a year to resolve. After talking to just about everyone I could, it started to look like a mount problem. I wrote to pretty much all the scope mount manufacturers and only two wrote back. Spuhr wasn't much help other than telling me to mount it differently. Nick at Hawkins wrote back and helped me troubleshoot the issue. He knew immediately what was wrong since he had wrestled with this every issue himself. Extremely helpful, responsive, and expedited a new mount for me. Problem solved when no one else could! Different scope now solidly mounted so I don't have to worry about it anymore (just bad wind calls!) Great experience!
