In my short time of being here this company does not appreciate the hard work the employees do. Their communication skills are very poor, they do not provide enough PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and if OSHA ever decided to do a surprise visit, this place would be shut down. I was very upset when they let go of so many people (including myself) and did not even bother to say thank you or to explain that they could not hire us through the company. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this job.

These guys were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We were easily able to get the parts needed quickly at a great price. Definitely made he right decision going straight to the source. I had a little trouble signing up for an account on their website (Haulotte is a French company and the sign up asks for codes and info that doesn't pertain to the US) but I called in and they made it quick and easy!

We were a dealer and we followed instructions given us to help a customer get a warranty taken care of and Haulotte short paid us $4646.07. Specifically we sold a machine and the customer had an issue but was out of state, not near us. We called our Haulotte rep and asked him how to handle. The rep located the nearest dealer to the customer and told us we needed to pay that dealer for the repair and Haulotte would reimburse us. We pushed back on that and questioned it but the other dealer woudl not work on the machine without us paying them. That dealer racked up a $6761.54 bill and as instructed by Haulotte, we paid it. We submitted the invoice to Haulotte they told us their rep, their employee told us incorrectly and they were only going to reimburse $2115.47 and it took 6 months to get that. Haulotte authorized an employee to give dealers direction on claims then refused to reimburse the dealer. The rep has quit Haulotte and we have quit Haulotte as dealer. This is 100% fact and backable by receipts and emails. I told Haulotte I would write this review as a warning to both Dealers and Customers. Now we see why the other dealer refused to work on the customers machine unless we guaranteed it. That dealer apparently knew not to trust them. We made the mistake but won't make it again. FYI if looking for a company you can trust, Niftylift supports their equipment and dealers as any MFG should.

The availability of parts and the unknowledgeable staff are unhelpful. I spend more time battling and getting nowhere than actually moving forward. Waiting months for particular parts and could not get anywhere with the service department when it comes to specifics.
