I bought 80 pounds of grass fed ground beef from Mr Harmon two days ago. Just tried it today. PERFECT! Not necessary to drain it after browning, just enough fat to flavor the meat. PERFECT!

Took my deer meat to them for burger to be made and they talked me into one stick of summer sausage to be made and said it would be about $90. I finally called them to see if it was done and got charged way over! Told me I had 80lbs of meat but only got 25lbs and then summer sausage was way over cooked and so tough you couldn’t eat it and didn’t even put jalapeño and cheese in it like I asked but got charged for it

I definitely recommend going to Harmon's. The men are kind and helpful and the prices are very affordable, especially after you compare to the grocery store. (And locally sourced meat can't be beat!)
