I had Harcros caustic for about 6 years. I order a lot of chemistry in the last 6 years. Harcros inc has alway been my best delivery company great service Harcros will go the extra mile to make sure you get your chemistry. The only reason I don’t have it as this time is due to customer could by it cheaper from a different supplier. We have been asked to get new pricing from Harcros due to issues there haven’t with new Supplier customer has at this moment. The caustic there getting know is supposed to be 50%. Using same pumps same settings we are not able to reach PH level desired. You have to increase pumps to get close to set point. It has cost the customer more money and using 2 drum extra every week.
Best caustic I have used. Best customer service
Harcros made my job much easier.
