Not a lot on this side of the island, but beautiful, peaceful. Quick walk to other harbor. ( Port a potty available!)

Cool place right on the shore. Good veggie burger and fries. You can rent two lounge chairs on the shore or even a cabana.

Wonderful beach and yachting destination. One other review is mistaken in stating it is 1/4 mile from Avalon (more like 20 miles) but is 1/4 mile across the Catalina Isthmus to the very sheltered Catalina (Cat) Harbor. Another review mistakenly put their review of Cat Harbor ("not a lot...") here on Harbor Sands which is in Isthmus Cove, where there are great public facilities.
