Harbor freight is awesome! Great selection, fine products, cheap prices, and , most importantly, I have NEVER had an employee be rude, rather they will gladly do everything they can to help you out.

A product is advertised as in stock in Safford store but when you go to buy it there are none in stock and no time frame on when available. I asked to buy the display model and was told " against store policy". This was one of the larger products. I was not impressed at all.

Great deals and friendly staff. Every time I am there, they always make sure to great me and see if they can help. However they are not annoying with it. Other store constantly ask you if you need help. The good ole HFT know when to ask so you can freely shop with hassle. And that to their great deals, and you can see why I keep coming back!

The girls that were working were super helpful. They went and checked in the back for a mini bench grinder for me. They found one and brought it out. They were all very friendly as well. I’m very pleased with my shopping experience.

Very clean and organized store and aisles are well marked. Staff is helpful, but not in your face, which is perfect for me. Prices are very good, and a floor model is usually given a discount without asking. Help is available for larger items to be taken from the store to your car.

The only thing I would ask is they use English and Spanish on each side of the sign. For example, if I'm going towards the back of the store, the signs are in English only, but going to the front of the store, the signs are in Spanish only. It would be best if both languages are on both sides of the sign as I'm not in Harbor Freight to be taught Spanish.

I bought a cordless angle grinder and did not read box that said tool only. Not Their fault. I was disappointed that the tool had no battery or charger. For not a premier tool line the total tool battery and charger cost was more than DeWalt or Milwalkee
