Bought my pre-owned 2022 Ford F350 on 27 APR 2024. As with most used vehicles, there have been a few wrinkles to iron out; however, the folks at Harbin have ironed out every last one of them. They’ve replaced a damaged front air dam, a broken right rear tail light, and balanced and road force matched the tires four times, the final time being today when it was discovered the road force numbers were way out of tolerance. Once learning this fact, they replaced the tires; all of this with no haggle, and no questions asked other than to gain knowledge of that which I’ve experienced driving the vehicle. Nothing but praise and appreciation for these fine folks at this Family Operation. I highly recommend Harbin. Great Folks! Thank You!

Do not take your car here for repairs. Communication is extremely spotty, and it's near-impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or answer questions over text.
The experience of buying a NEW vehicle is fine (as it should be, minus some shadiness over the financing), but this is not the place to go for repairs and maintenance. They also put a speed limitation on my car (80 mph), which will now have to be removed by another company.

My husband and I have been looking for a certain type of car for a few months. Devon was helpful in keeping us posted and letting us know when he had what we wanted without bugging us about it. When they had what we wanted, we made an appointment, saw Matt Norris, and everything went really well. No problems. He was prepared and had all the information ready for us. Jay Penny was helpful with the paperwork and explained everything concerning it. If you are looking for a car I would definitely try them first.

If you purchase from Harbin, have serviced elsewhere. Spent 5 hours on a Saturday for an oil change and a replaced wiper motor recall, but after forgetting to do the oil change, returning and a stripped lug nut later, I got to spend an entire morning there. I’ll forego the balance of my maintenance plan and pay elsewhere.

I'm an out of state buyer. Harbin Ford was very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the entire buying process. The vehicle was as advertised upon our arrival. My salesman, Eric was completely transparent about the few expected mechanical issues when buying a used vehicle and went above and beyond. Nick, made the purchase experience evem better by having everything ready to gonwhem we arrived. We were in and out of the dealership in an hour, including test driving the car and signing the paperwork.
