Wonderful experience. It was nice to know that I didn’t have to go all the way to NYC to get it done. It’s nice to know that there’s organizations that exist to support the Haitian community.

Update: I still have not received my passport. I paid extra to expedite it and nothing. It’s been two months now. I had to cancel my trip. They promise it would get here in time. When I called they couldn’t give me a straight answer on when it would arrive.

My fiancé took the day off from work to bring his father down here for passport renewal. It was an hour drive. On the website, it is advertised that they do passport renewal. It is also advertised that they open at 9am. My fiancé and his father arrived here before 9 am on a Monday morning. They waited 45 minutes before someone arrived to the building. The lady arrived at 9:30am and told them that they don’t do passport renewal anymore. If that’s the case, why is it advertised on your website? Now my fiancé has to go down to Manhattan another time to get this done. This is not how you carry business.

The experience I had in this office is 1000 time faster and more polite than another Haitian place I ever been in the US. I highly recommend going there for your passport need, real estate need and immigration needs. Ask for Ms. Darline she is fast and extremely accurate in what she does.
