Maya and her team were incredibly professional and talented throughout the entire lifecycle of our project. Our medical spa features luxurious, high-end cabinetry that doubles as a functional art piece, enhancing the aesthetic of each suite as you step inside. Maya takes a genuine personal interest in her projects and clients, dedicating time to truly understand your goals and vision for the space. When we embarked on our kitchen and mudroom renovation, we had never gone through a project of this kind before and had no idea where to start.

Working with Maya and her team was truly phenomenal from start to finish. We talked Maya through how we use our kitchen, the design aesthetic we were looking for and what features / appliances we wanted to include. Maya then put together an initial design proposal that considered everything we had discussed. We then worked closely with her to build out the final design.

In addition to her great ideas, I remember Maya's almost endless patience when it came to working with us through our first major kitchen and mudroom renovation.

Needless to say, the final product was both beautiful and perfectly designed around us and our needs.

We used Hacker to renovate our kitchen in Dubai - and we knew we wanted the same level of service and finishes for our home in DC. I found Maya’s info after a few minutes of searching (thank you google!) and never looked back! We knew Hacker had beautiful hardware - but the service (which to me, is crucial) was fantastic. Maya invested her time and energy as if it was her own kitchen. She listened to our objections with patience and a smile, she listened to our ideas and came up with solutions that worked for everyone. Even when we had an unexpected delay, she managed US really well and made sure no time or money was wasted. She coordinated with our contractor at every step and checked all the detailed until everything was perfect and was honest about everything throughout the project. She also helped us with the Miele appliances! I would HIGHLY recommend Maya and her team - it’s worth the money and the peace of mind:)

We did a major kitchen renovation in 2021 and had zero experience going into the process. After weeks of looking at every conceivable cabinet line, we settled on Hacker as the style that most clearly embodied what we were looking for--clean lines, modern approach and fully functional for a family with 4 kids. After some research, we were not only thrilled to find Maya--the company's representative in the US--but amazed that she designed kitchens in the DC area.

From the first phone call, she immediately got us and what we were looking for. For people with a vision/taste but little practical experience, she guided us in our choices--making the process understandable and giving us recommendations where she knew what we wanted wasn't going to look right. She was the perfect balance of being supportive but also allowing us the benefit of her experience.

After the ordering, Maya really took charge of communicating with the contractors--countertop, hacker and installers--and just took so much stress out of the process for us. She wasn't satisfied until every measurement was perfect and every checklist item had been addressed to our satisfaction.

Sitting here in our new kitchen, I can't believe how amazing everything came out and we couldn't have done it without Maya.

We were fortunate to find Maya at Hacker Kitchens of Greenwich when we were looking for assistance in designing and installing a new kitchen for our beachfront condo in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Her showroom is filled with great displays showcasing both the cabinetry along with the finishes and storage options.

Maya's initial kitchen design captured our vision perfectly and with a few minor tweaks we were ready to make our selections.
Maya; and her assistant Josh; helped us throughout with hints on how to make the best use of storage and organizational options.

The time between the order being placed and the installation date seemed like forever but Maya kept us informed along the way and was happy to answer any and all queries we had while we waited.

The installation team worked hard to get everything installed within 2 days and except for a minor ding of a single panel (which was subsequently replaced) it looked amazing.

We have finally moved in to our new space and as we start to load up the kitchen we are rediscovering all of the things that had drawn us to Hacker in the first place.

Thanks to Maya and her team we will have a kitchen to enjoy for many years to come and we highly recommend her to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

We renovated our kitchen/dining area recently with Häcker Kitchens, Greenwich. We are all thrilled with our new dream kitchen. Our house is in the historic district in Providence (RI), built in 1920. We opened a wall between the kitchen and dining room to make an open kitchen- dining area.
Maya Nair was our designer and she did an absolutely amazing job.
She designed the kitchen, suggested the color scheme and also helped pick out Miele appliances.
She was there for every step of the way, even driving from Greenwich (CT) to our house in Providence (RI) for all critical steps during the renovation.
This was more than we had expected, and we really appreciated her commitment to the project. We highly recommend Maya and her team.
