Came in as a party of 5 on a Saturday evening at 530. Was able to walk straight in and get a seat. Honestly, the restaurant was pretty empty the entire time I was there.

First, the tequila menu doesn't have any prices on it so we had to ask for them. Took the server a while to gather all of the prices but he did it without complaint and I've taken the liberty to post them in a picture.

Next, we all ordered our meals and they came accurately and pretty promptly.

Honestly, the food was decent. It was very fresh tasting, which I appreciate. The food wasn't very spicy, which was a bit disappointing.

Anyhow, the food was well seasoned and fresh. I can say that everything was pretty good though, if your looking for something spicy, best go elsewhere.

Hacienda is a solid choice for Tex-Mex, but not without its flaws. I came in for lunch, and while the fajitas were excellent, the overall experience could have been better.

Staff was friendly but inconsistent—some tables got great service, while others (including mine) waited too long for refills and follow-ups
The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, so the slow service was unexpected

Good for groups, but not necessarily a spot you’d pick for a special occasion

Would I return? Yes, but mainly for the fajitas. If they can improve the service and make the menu more consistent, it could easily be a stronger 4-star spot.

The food was really good, I would like for it to be a little more spicy, also our server was really nice. I wanted my meat more cooked and he toked back and got it just like I wanted. It was my first time but will be back for sure!

We had a fantastic time here. Service was great, we didn't have a wait, and food was incredibly fresh tasting. I wish it could have been a little spicier, but it was still phenomenal due to the fresh taste of everything!

We had a large family gathering of 10 at noon and I had made reservations on line a few days ahead for Dec 14, 2024. Everything was set up when I arrived. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The menu had a large variety of choices and everyone enjoyed their meals. I definitely would recommend eating here for large group celebrations. 2 other large groups were celebrating and we didn't feel crowded or any encroachment from others in our area. Tables were spaced far apart.

The food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. And had we had another waitress, or maybe come on another night we would have loved it. Had a reservation for 6 and ended up not getting sat until 630, but that was fine. The waitress was aware at best. Her service was scarce, we got drinks, and then a while later asked about appetizers, to which we said no we would like to order. Should've known that was off to a bad start.

Then the meals started rolling out, and they didn't all come out at once, but that's understandable for a table of 14. However when my sister didn't get her meal until we all finished our meals?!!?! The waitress had to be asked/told 3x to check on it. They were street tacos for heavens sake. They did comp that off, so I guess that was fine. Then we waited around for 30 min for her to bring us the bill. We were so frustrated from the issue of the meal that this only threw salt on the fire. Then to be auto gratuity where I feel like the service issue was the server!!! Like no. I tip, usually pretty well, but the service we got did not warrant that big of a tip. Just not too happy with this experience.

I love the food here. The waiter, Jonathan, has the personality of a cardboard box. He was our waiter for the second time, the last time was 6 months ago. He doesn't smile, barely makes eye contact, very short on response like we are a bother. Next time, I will be going to another location just on the principle that I don't want to deal with him again. The rest of the staff was great.

Hacienda is our go-to for good Mexican food in a friendly atmosphere. The rellenos are always spot on, as are the carnitas enchiladas. Ask for the habanero pineapple salsa - it's not on the menu.
