So I just moved to Connecticut very very recently. And have a new Z06, I told my neighbor I got know pretty well that I was taking it there for servicing. He said dude do not go there they joyride and ruin your cars as well as crash them. I thought he was kidding until I looked up the article. So I called in and I spoke to a Kim and I kindly asked if that gentleman is still there so I can move on. This lady was extremely rude (Kim) and she hung up on me. So in short, if you have a nice car, they may take it out an ruin it. I wouldn’t if I were you.

Our Chevy Volt was in to have the battery control module replaced. The part was out of stock from Chevy for a long time due to the auto workers work stoppage. Andrew and Matt did an incredible job advocating for us with Chevy to get the part, have this otherwise costly repair covered under our warranty, and get us a substantial credit from Chevy toward a new vehicle to compensate us for the length of time our vehicle was out of service. Lou was also a big help as we were considering a replacement vehicle. Once the part was in, the repair was completed very quickly and car was returned in excellent condition. Some people dump on the dealership model, but there's no way a website would have done what H&L did for us.

I was emailed a coupon for an oil change and was still overcharged 30% higher then what I’ve paid at other Chevrolet dealerships in the NYC metro area. Additionally I was quoted 3x higher then a trusted mechanic for a brake repair so was either getting charged for extra unnecessary work or vastly overcharged. DEFINITELY taking advantage.

This is a place that WILL take your car and joy ride it. Their salesman just totaled a $100k Camero ZL1, they even promised the customer they wouldn't drive it. They didn't fire anyone either, was on the news.
