We had an amazing experience with Carlos at Gym Tech. From the first email I sent asking about equipment to their follow up after delivery, every single detail was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Carlos answered all of my questions, made sure that I got a great price on my Stairmaster, held the machine until I moved, and then arranged for a fast delivery. Any email I sent was replied to right away. What a pleasure to work with this company! To top it off, they service their equipment and have a great warranty.

There are so many shady online fitness stores out there so it was important to me to work with people I trusted when spending this kind of money on equipment. I immediately felt at ease with Carlos and Gym Tech, especially after visiting their lovely store in Greenwich. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

How does anyone buy gym equipment on line? Although I am an on-line shopper, there are some things you just have to try in person. This store, tucked in to Greenwich's main drag, is perfect. They have all kinds of stationary bikes and other gym equipment that you can see, feel and try before buying. The staff is helpful and knows their merchandise. Buying experience was great, the delivery and assembly in my home was quick, on time, and without any issues.
