Ridiculous company if you are live load…starts from the guards and go on…

Drop and hook! They're very strict about dropping and picking up trailers. You have to go into receiving to let them know you're dropping a trailer. They claimed they have to physically see and take pics. Then, they'll assign you a trailer to pick up. The problem with that is the trailers are so close together, you can't get between them to deal with landing gear. You them either have to wait for a yard person to drive by, or go find one and ask for help in getting trailer out. When you get the trailer, you have to go back to receiving for them to inspect and take pics again. They will give you release papers to give to security on your way out. I've been here 4 times so far and they've only inspect trailer once on arrival. I've needed help getting trailers out every time so far. My suggestion would be to start this process at security check in. They see everything coming in and out!
