This is my second GrowSpan Greenhouse. I knew what I wanted - not a complete kit but most of it. Lou from FarmTek was great and made sure I had what I needed. Shipping was quick. I did receive a damaged shutter and that was replaced quickly. I'm happy with the whole process.

I didn't buy from farmtec but I did get an NRCS grant and didn't really know what I was looking for or what I was doing and i would like to give Jacky Pyrch all the props she helped me understand what I was looking for and she is amazing.

Disappointment. Shippers lost many of the smaller boxes which included the louvers. I have received the most of the lost items, but am Still waiting for the last, very important item in our package, the louvers. After many emails to the company, the only response is no response.

The greenhouse is nice, but a few design improvements could be made. The front doors are flimsy, and for a 5”4” person, the roof vents are very difficult to open and close.

Working with you has been very difficult. We were initially misinformed about the product and it's usefulness in our part of the country by Lou and then when we tried to upgrade, so that we could have more use out of the original purchase, we were sent the wrong parts, treated very rudely by Caroline and still, after weeks, of back and forth do not have the correct replacements. This has also ultimately ended up being 3 times more expensive then originally planned. You have misinformed us, responded with incompetence and been rude.
