I get my sketcher shoes there great price and selections. Got my twin boys shoes and name brand for a really good deal. They have great work boots for men. Lots of outdoors equipment. Love going there and so my boys. And lots of toys great for Christmas time.

The employees have absolutely made it impossible for me to shop at this location. Unprofessional, rude, breathe down your neck & assume everyone is up to no good & shoplifting. I was harassed for being in the parking lot "too long" after buying something at their store! I was informed that the road is "Griggs property" & the employees patrolled the lot until I left. I've never seen such a thing at a department store. It's almost laughable, had I not felt so insulted and uncomfortable.

They don't process guns the same day they receive them. Making you wait additional days when doing the transfer

UPDATE:
I am updating it to 3 stars from 1, because the gun department manager went and found my gun that was sitting in the back. Supposedly the issue was they put my gun in the vault without checking in to cause a delay. I would have gone higher on the review, but due to the owner saying he looked and didn't find it makes me believe he didn't truly look and decided to state I had nothing there as a way to say a false bad review. Will add a photo of it being delivered so he can take down his false accusations of not being delivered.
They didn't let me start the paperwork until Wednesday, which caused an additional 2 days wait period that could have been avoided, with the already 10 day hold we have to wait, makes it over half a month of wait time.
Props to the employee that actually took his time to get it so I can start the transfer.
No props to the owner for lying.

Years ago I bought a couple high priced items that were defective as heck and normally I would have been stuck with them or hoping the manufacturers would fix them and I don't think the retailer was obligated to do anything in this kind of case.
I'm not saying this is done in every circumstance so please don't misunderstand me.
But Mr. Grigg took the items back and gave me a full refund I really don't think any other business owner would have done that for me.

Went to their yearly holiday sale and it was a blast as always! Hourly sales! I asked many staff questions everyone had answers how to find things. It was great. It seems crazy a chaotic but the deals are worth it.

Needing paint and sealant for a specific job on my place, and being a widow who was used to my husband taking care of these things, I didn't know what I was even looking for---the people in this Pasco Griggs store are always so much help to me--they patiently helped me find and purchase the right things. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

This place is something else. I purchased a gas cylinder from them 2 days ago. When I went to use it at work, the cylinder was damaged from the thread, so I brought it back for an exchange. However, the beautiful lady they have as a manager had no intention of doing so. She accused me of using it. When I showed her that it was the same number matching the receipt, she started yelling at Me. It's funny how alot of the things they sell say all sells are final. Will not be going back and thank you guys for allowing me to do my job properly with a torch I really needed.

I have been shopping here since I was a little kid. It's always a good experience. They have fair prices and good helpful nice staff. Griggs is not a discount store, they have quality products only but the prices aren't too high. The products just aren't super cheap, they're sturdy and well made options. They do have good sales especially on black Friday. The items I expect to be cheap anywhere have been at Griggs, like my coping saw I got for $5 there. Its a good atmosphere. They have a particularly good selection of camping, outdoors, and rv/boat items.
